PLACES DATA — Foursquare OS Places (Apache License 2.0) ---------------------------------------------------------- The Uns places catalog is built on the Foursquare OS Places dataset. PLACES DATA — Overture Maps Foundation (CDLA-Permissive-2.0) --------------------------------------------------------------- Parts of the Uns places catalog incorporate places data from the Overture Maps Foundation (https://overturemaps.org), made available under the Community Data License Agreement — Permissive — Version 2.0 (https://cdla.dev/permissive-2-0/). Overture places data itself includes contributions licensed under Apache License 2.0 (Foursquare) and CC0. BASEMAP — OpenStreetMap / OpenFreeMap / OpenMapTiles ------------------------------------------------------- Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL) — https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright Map tiles are served by OpenFreeMap (https://openfreemap.org) using the OpenMapTiles schema — © OpenMapTiles (https://www.openmaptiles.org/). OpenStreetMap data is used for map display only; it is not merged into the Uns places catalog. 4. SOFTWARE LIBRARIES --------------------- - MapLibre GL JS v6.10.0 — BSD-3-Clause License (full text beside it in assets/vendor/maplibre-gl-6.10.0-uns1/LICENSE.txt). The map renderer the app loads, served from assets/vendor/maplibre-gl-6.10.0-uns1/, built by tools/package-maplibre.py from the official npm tarball with these local Go Uns changes only: the three ES modules are named .js instead of .mjs (with their two import specifiers to match); the attribution sink additionally passes through the same Go Uns sanitiser described below, after upstream's own; class static blocks are rewritten as private static fields (so Safari before 16.4 still parses it); the source-map comment lines are removed. The stylesheet is upstream's, unchanged. uns-loader.js in the same directory is Go Uns code (it loads the module and signals readiness). Not an upstream release, and not a claim to be one. FACE-EFFECTS ENGINE — MediaPipe Tasks Vision (Apache License 2.0) -------------------------------------------------------------------- The طلّة (Talla) camera's on-device face effects run on Google's MediaPipe Tasks Vision library and Face Landmarker model, self-hosted from Uns's own origin (assets/vendor/mediapipe/). They are not requested during ordinary use of the app. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTICE OF MODIFICATION — required by Apache License 2.0, section 4(b) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- assets/vendor/mediapipe/vision_bundle.mjs IS MODIFIED and is NOT the unmodified file published by Google. What changed: construction of the bundle's telemetry/logger object was removed, so the bundle does not build or invoke that reporter at runtime. What did NOT: the logger class definition and its endpoint string remain present as inert text inside the bundle. Their presence is disclosed here rather than described as removed, and no claim of proven zero network egress is made on the strength of the edit alone. Everything else in the bundle is byte-for-byte the published 1.0.1 file. The remaining five files — face_landmarker.task, wasm/vision_wasm_internal.js, wasm/vision_wasm_internal.wasm, wasm/vision_wasm_nosimd_internal.js and wasm/vision_wasm_nosimd_internal.wasm — are unmodified and match the SHA-verified upstream package and the official model metadata.
